Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, payment verification failure, technical errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

Customer Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

• Orders cancelled prior to dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot normally be accepted. Customers may instead refer to our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.

 

Cancellation by Smarticon

Smarticon reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock shortages.
• Payment authorisation or verification failure.
• Technical or system-related errors.
• Incorrect product pricing or listing errors.
• Suspected fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious transactions.
• Any other circumstance that prevents successful order fulfilment.

If an order is cancelled by Smarticon after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellation refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing times.

In certain cases, customers may be required to complete a refund verification process. For verification, please send the following details via Customer Care WhatsApp: +91 91366 29972:

• Order Number
• Registered Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Original Bank Account Details (if requested for verification)

Refund processing will commence after successful verification of the required information.
